I know we have all heard the controversy over the recent years of the link between the astronomically growing rate of autism with the chemicals in vaccines. The reason for the controversy have been that no one has been able to “prove” the link… until now. Many of us know about the harmful toxins in vaccines such as mercury, thimerosal, aluminum and the effect they are having on generations of health creating more alzheimer’s, cancers, attention disorders, depression, infertility, fibromyalgia and many other health issues. But what many of us didn’t know that pharmaseutical companies have been using human tissue in 23 different vaccines with scary consequences.
Former drug company scientist Helen Ratajczak recently created a firestorm of debate from all sides of the vaccine-autism issue when she published her comprehensive review of autism research. This is a massively important study, for more than one reason. One element brought to light that has managed to stay well below the radar is the use of aborted embryonic cells in vaccine production.
Her 79-page review contains one detail that could easily go unnoticed—five words that reveal one of the most shocking secrets Big Pharma has ever kept from you.
“An additional increased spike in incidence of autism occurred in 1995 when the chicken pox vaccine was grown in human fetal tissue.”

CBS News recently reported:
“Ratajczak reports that about the same time vaccine makers took most thimerosal out of most vaccines (with the exception of flu shots which still widely contain thimerosal), they began making some vaccines using human tissue.
Ratajczak says human tissue is currently used in 23 vaccines. She discusses the increase in autism incidences corresponding with the introduction of human DNA to MMR vaccine, and suggests the two could be linked.”
One of the most common questions new patients ask us is “is it okay if I want to crack my back?”. It’s important to know that if you or someone you know always feels the need to crack their back this is the first sign that something is wrong. When a joint loses it’s normal alignment and range of motion then gases (toxins) build up in the joint until you feel the need to release it. That’s the cracking noise you hear, it’s actually gases being released from the joint! So yes, you have gas:)
When you twist your back or pull your neck until you hear the crack that is when your doing damage! If the spine or joint is out of alignment and you continue to “crack” it on your own, you are only stretching those ligaments further making it hypermobile and unable to hold the proper alignment. Each time you “crack” that joint is actually wears and ages it at a faster rate causing degeneration.
It’s funny because one of the first things patients notice once they begin getting adjusted is their need to crack their own backs is gone. Once your spine is in good alignment getting good range of motion, the sensation goes away! So every time you see that person in the movie theater pull his head over and crack his neck please hand him/her our card and tell them their spine is telling them to get it corrected before it causes them bigger problems!
I know it’s July and it’s very hot outside. So we immediately get in our car, turn on our A/C full blast with our windows rolled up to not let the air conditioning out. Bad idea!
Did you ever read those manuals that come in your glove box? Me either, but apparently they know something we should! The manuals say to roll down your windows before turning on your A/C to allow the hot air in the car escape. Well there is a VERY good reason!
So here is the nasty news: According to research the car dashboard and seats emit Benzene, a cancer causing toxin (that’s the smell on carcinogen you smell when your car is hot). Benzene poisons your bones causing anemia and reduces white blood cells. Prolonged exposure will cause Leukemia, increase the risk of cancer and miscarriage.
A car parked indoors with the windows closed will contain 400-800 mg of Benzene. If your parked outdoors under the sun at a temperature above 60 degrees F, the Benzene level goes up to 2000-4000 mg! That’s 40 times the acceptable level, and let’s face it we know our cars are hotter than 60 degrees right now.
The good news is there is an easy solution. Just ROLL YOUR WINDOWS DOWN before blasting that A/C in your toasty, hot car. It only takes 2-3 minutes to release the toxins from the vehicle instead of inhaling them into your lungs!

When food is genetically engineered they can take single genes or combinations of genes from anywhere in the plant or animal kingdom, so we have insects or viruses being inserted into plants. It takes the flight of just one bird to begin spreading GMO seed to a non-GMO crop.
So then you start to realized any foods that contain any of these products will of coarse be genetically modified but the scarey thing is they don’t have to tell us this! That’s right other countries like the European Union, Japan, Australia and many more all have labeling requirements unlike the U.S. and Canada. We must take responsibility for our own food choices but we must also take action. This is not only effecting our generation but more importantly will cause disasterous consequences in the health of our children and grandchildren.
Many people ask “what causes arthritis?” and “how can I help it?”. The good news is despite the vague and confusing answers most doctors give you there is an answer to both questions.
First the question of how: when a subluxation (misalignment in a joint causing nerve interference & immobility) occurs the joints (spine or extremity) become unable to move in their normal range of motion which causes the inflammatory and degenerative process known as osteoarthritis. More you can do: stay active! Movement is good for the body so exercise at least 20-30 minutes per day. In addition, eating good anti-inflammatory foods can make all the difference. Increase your intake of fish, vegetables, beans, and fruit while substituting the breads and pasta’s for better choices like brown rice and quinoa.

Cooking animal flesh over a hot open flame triggers a series of chemical reactions that yield a meal loaded with carcinogens. Scientists havebeen warning us about this danger for two decades. Cancer-causing compounds known as HCA’s can form, particularly when cooking animal flesh over high heat, which is common when barbecuing. These chemicals (the same chemicals in cigarette smoke) have been known to cause cancer.
BBQ THE SAFER WAY
Go meatless: Evidence shows vegetables grilled does not make HCA’s
Turn down the heat: The higher the heat the more HCA’s so cook your meat slower. Lowering cooking temp by 100 degrees cuts HCA formation by 2/3!
Turn the meat often: Frequent flipping prevents the meat from reaching as high temperature and lowers the amount of HCA’s formed.
Try new ingredients: Cherries, prunes, apples, elderberries, pineapple, garlic, vit E and rosemary are some ingredients that significantly reduce HCA’s in meat while cooking.
Marinade any meat before grilling: Marinating beef steaks overnight with a teriyaki or turmeric-garlic sauce cut HCA by 60%. Avoid high sugar or fructose-sweetened marinades as they triple HCA production. The simplest marinade: red wine, for chicken breasts reduced HCA by 88%.
Go skinless: Removing poultry skin cuts risk of prostate recurrence by half, so it’s probably a good idea for the rest of us.
Choose the right side dishes: Not just Beer but blueberries, blackberries, red grapes, kiwi, watermelon, parsley, spinach greens and kale all help counteract the HCA’s.
Eat cruciferous vegetables: Broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage and other members of the cruciferous family contain a chemical called sulforaphanethat apprears to neutralize HCA’s caner-causing action.
Yes, ribs like vertebra can move and subluxate*(move out of alignment causing nerve pressure). Ribs articulate at the back of the vertebra and then go around to the front attaching at the sternum. As summer begins and we are doing some of the activities that our muscles aren’t prepared for such as mulching for hours, raking, lifting it can cause a rib to move out of alignment. Even big deep coughs or sneezes can cause ribs to subluxate! The symptoms for ribs are much more distinct than with the spine. It is usually a sharp, stabbing pain and affects any deep breathing.
